Here at RGS we will work carefully with your vision you have outlined for your project to create a concept that meets both your specifications and site conditions in a timely and cost effective manner. We can work with you, your contractor, architect, engineer or designer and provide clear and concise designs for standard and custom systems for your project.
ENGINEERING
The Engineering Process at RGS is directly connected to the Design Process. Our engineering staff with over 100 years of combined design and engineering experience prides themselves on their ability to provide attentive, intelligent and timely service to help every aspect of your project to run smoothly. Our engineering team works closely with our sales personal, project managers, fabrication team and Professional Engineers utilizing highly specialized computer software to produce 2D and 3D designs and shop drawings for your review and input. Our engineering team ensures all of our products comply with national OHSA, IBC and ADA safety regulations.
FABRICATION
The RGS fabrication team will manufacture your products to your precise project requirements. Our fabrication team of highly skilled and professional fabricators and welders uses state of the art equipment in all aspects of the fabrication process. Our fabrication team will use the best fabrication methods and top of the line finishes so you will have years of low maintenance, worry free beauty.
INSTALLATION
Our installers will work with you or your contractor to erect the products using engineered hardware to code specifications and to everyone’s full satisfaction. After installation our installers will conduct a final walk-through with you or your contractor to ensure that every aspect of the installed products meets your project expectations. Our installers are also ten hour OSHA construction safety and health certified.
